Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand and utilize our products. Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with the product team to help improve features and usability. Proactively identify opportunities for customers to get more value from our services and provide upsell opportunities where appropriate. Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously. |
