Responsibilities:
1.Maintain the building, its facilities, machineries, and amenities
2.Prepare rooms for move-in conditions
3.Fix problems to working order
4.Inspect rooms for move-out clearance
5.Multi-task and assist in other matters when called for
Qualifications:
1.Knowledge or expertise in painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, tiling, welding, masonry, aircon maintenance and the like
2.Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Short Course Certificate, or any equivalent
3.Male or female, not over 50 years old
4.With at least 2 yrs. experience in maintenance or utility work
5.Normal vision and hearing
6.Vices like smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited
7.Must have a positive work attitude, flexible, hard working with good customer service and willing to learn
