Welcome to Dignity Home Health Care. Dignity Home Health Care provides quality, cost effective care through a staff of skilled professionals that include registered licensed nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists, and social workers.
Dignity Home Health Care works closely with each patient and caregiver in their home and under the supervision of a physician. We develop a plan of care for you that includes education and skilled services.
If you need a caretaker, we match one of our qualified CNA's to your needs based on our initial and ongoing consultation. If for whatever reason you would like to select a different CNA after service has begin, simply notify us and we'll do whatever it takes to make you happy. Unlike some of our competitors there is NO CHARGE to switch.
If you have a need for medical equipment, our nurses and therapists can assist you with obtaining this equipment from a DME company.
