DESCRIPTION: CallSearch is a training and placement organization that indulges in human resource consultancy for Call Center Clients in the Philippines. CallSearch was founded in 2006 by Mr. Jaime Calero, a Filipino-British citizen and a graduate of the University of Bath in the United Kingdom. The basic premise was to try and alleviate attrition in the Philippine call center industry with the use of sophisticated profiling system researched and designed by CallSearch. A study was conducted at a prestigious contact center to determine if there were any intrinsic factors that may induce a person to stay loyal to their company. The results of which allowed CallSearch to construct a personality profile for an ¿Ideal Candidate¿ which was subsequently used in developing a psychometric test to assist in the hiring of Customer Service Representative. | |
