In fact, we were the first to establish professional recruitment services in the UAE. Following the initial discovery of oil in the Gulf, massive effort was made to create a basic infrastructure of roads, electricity, housing, schooling and medical facilities. Much work was required and few people were available. Recruitment agencies were needed. With the needs of a modern society in place, the Gulf has arrived on the world stage.
