We offer employee financial advisors a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes a draw with an opportunity for bonuses, comprehensive benefits, paid expenses and extensive training. You have choices on how you begin your initial training. You can choose the Sponsorship and Self-Study option, which allows you more flexibility, but requires more self-discipline and organization. You can also choose the Immediate Hire option, which offers more support and structure, but less flexibility and free time.
