Many of our clients are based in and around the San Francisco bay area of CA (other locations: IL, TX, FL) . Candidates never pay a fee for our assistance. We even sponsor a referral program that pays $1,000 (U.S. dollars) if you refer a friend/co-worker that successfully places at one of our clients. The positions we recruit for are full-time/direct-hire, no contract/consult positions. These positions are on the technical/engineering end of the scale and range in seniority from individual contributor to Director/Manager. All of our clients sponsor the appropriate visas for experienced/talented engineers already in the U.S./Canada. They have relocation assistance and most offers include stock option/sign-on bonus.
