The Quality Assurance Analyst /Editor performs the quality review of recorded consultations and charts against the virtual scribes’ completed reports. He/She will use extensive experience and knowledge of medical terminology to interpret recorded files against completed reports.
•A graduate of any medical allied course (e.g. Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Nutrition, Human Biology, Psychology, Radiology Technology)
•At least 2-3 years' experience as Quality Assurance Editor / Evaluator gained from a BPO / Call Center healthcare account
•Experience in navigating Electronic Health Records is a plus.
•Excellent Written Communication Skills
•Attentive to detail, team player, good coaching / feedbacking skill
•Must have great customer service skills and the patience to deal with difficult situations.
