NYFD started their operations back in April 2003. The company was the brainchild of an ambitious Filipino entrepreneur. In his efforts to make it big, he started from the bottom of the food industry, working for various fast food chains as a Server while pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in International Business. His experiences for over 18 years inspired him to revolutionize the Filipinos' love for fries and other foods to-go. He then came up with the idea of creating thick cut size fries made from imported Idaho Russet Potatoes cooked with trans fat-free oil.
