DESCRIPTION: CAVACON CORPORATION was established in December 22, 1975. It is classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) as Category AAA for General Engineering and General Building. The company originally started as a government contractor in the Cagayan Valley Region, primarily engaged in the construction of roads, bridges, ports and school buildings. Through the years however, it has become a leading contractor for both government infrastructure as well as private projects such as subdivisions, industrial estate developments and buildings. Since its incorporation, CAVACON has been the sole contractor for landmark infrastructure projects including the Baler Airport, Casiguran Seaport and Molino-Daang Hari Road in Cavite. Furthermore, the Interagency Committee for Registration and Classification of Contractors presently classifies CAVACON as Large B for roads, highways, bridges, airports, irrigations, flood controls, buildings and industrial plants. | |
