DESCRIPTION:
In 1990, Exchange Properties Resources Corporation (EPRC) was established and it purchased the 165-hectare property called "Marbella Marina Club" from the Philippine Government through the Asset Privatization Trust (ATP). The property was originally developed by the Marcos Administration and operated as the President's private resort, during which time it catered to the President's personal friends, dignitaries and personalities. In 1986, after the change of administration, the property was sequestered and transferred to the Asset Privatization Trust (APT). In 1986 to the time of final sale to EPRC, the property was opened to public access as a resort operated by the Philippine Tourism Authority (PTA). Now, it is called Caylabne Bay Resort and inside the Caylabne Bay Resort (CBR) there are Villas called Las Casas De Cala Buena (With Unit Owners) operated by Exchange Properties Resources Corporation and/ or Caylabne Bay Resort.
