• Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field. • Female only, non-smoker and preferably 22- 35 years of age • Required language(s): English (fluent) for the outbound voice position • Prompt attendance is a must: Schedules vary from 7AM to 12MN PH hours • Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking • Computer Literate • Work efficiency and fast-learner is very important • Experience in Multi-tasking is a PLUS • Previous BPO experience is a PLUS • Agents with previous and proven call center experience with outbound will be given consideration and above starting pay rate • Previous Outbound UK and Australia Survey work is a PLUS • Applicants must be willing to work in Batangas City near SM Mall • Applicants for Voice and Non-Voice Agents are welcome to appl
