Formerly known as Colliers Jardine Philippines, the local office was established in November 1994. Prior to this, the company had been active in the Philippines on a project specific basis. Within its Manila office, Colliers International Philippines now has a staff of over 350 dedicated individuals.
Our strategy in the Philippines is to provide a more professional property advisory service than available from local service providers. As a global real estate organization, we assist and advise our clients on their real estate needs, providing them integrated and creative solutions.
