DESCRIPTION: Central Azucarera Don Pedro, Inc. is a world-class producer of raw and refine sugar located in Nasugbu, Batangas. It was incorporated in 1927 but its history goes back into the 1800s when the Roxas family bought the Nasugbu estate and started planting sizable portions of it with sugarcane. It underwent modernization and expansion through the years and currently has a 5-mill tandem from SKODA with a capacity of 10,000-12,000 TCD. Its Refinery has a capacity of 18,000 bags per day. Currently, its products are being sold to leading food and beverage manufacturers, other industrial users and independent traders. CADPI prides itself for being an environment-friendly sugar mill with comprehensive pollution abatement facilities. It is continuously undergoing capacity expansion, while envision to be global leader by 2015. | |
