DESCRIPTION: Saint Francis School (SFS)of Sta. Ana, Manila is a Franciscan, Catholic, co-educational institution and has been in service since its government recognition in the school year 1959-1960. With its years of existence and experience, SFS has so much to offer to its pupils and students. The catholicity of its orientation and dimension puts the school in touch with the trends in education and the changes taking place in the socio-economic-political fields, as well as in the field of morals, and the latest in doing theology. The mission of Saint Francis School is two-fold: evangelization-formation and excellence and competence in the secular field of studies. It allows students to gain knowledge, wisdom, and truth of God through the realities studied in the classroom and experienced in creation; to form students to appreciate his/her Filipino identity and uniqueness, at the same time, conscious and responsive to global issues and concerns. | |
