DESCRIPTION: A prestigious property development company, is currently expanding its business and seeking an experienced Finance Manager. The candidate must have passed ACCA or similar qualifications, and have at least 5 years experience in handling all matters of accounts and finance in a large commercial establishment and use of accounting packages including Sageline 50. Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, meet deadlines, work in a team and to enforce discipline in finance and accounting matters is essential. Incumbent is expected to work closely with the Finance Director and MD and produce budgets, finance forecasts, management accounts and manage the company¿s financial administration up to audit level. Must be conversant with all relevant statutory requirements regarding payroll and self employed persons as well as Inland Revenue and Companies House Requirements.
