The Subic Bay Freeport Zone is defined by the Republic Act 7227, otherwise known as the Bases Conversion an Development Act of 1992, as comprised by the City of Olongapo, the Municipality of Subic and other lands occupied by the former Subic Naval Base and its contiguous extensions as embraced by the 1947 Military Bases Agreement between the Philippines and the United States of America. | |
