DESCRIPTION: NCEMS provides emergency medical rescue and ambulance service to the Mt. St Helens National Volcanic and surrounding areas during the summer months. This is an area of high tourist and recreational usage during these months. NCEMS has a residence-station in the St. Helens area and operates an ALS/BLS Ambulance and rescue unit in this area. This is a live in site, working and responding to calls from the residence-station. | |
