DESCRIPTION: Solutions is based out of CA with around 5 offices, 2 in the US and 3 at offshore in India. We have approximately 50 consultants on board and are continuously looking for new technical talent. The average experience of our consultants is around 7 years and their expertise ranges from Client Server technologies to Mainframe to Midrange and ERP/CRM/MRP. We have a database of over 4000 resumes, which we can scan any time. We have a very strong team of around 15+ recruiters and our recruiters make warm checks on these consultants every week to confirm their availability. At any point of time we have around 30% of these consultants to join immediately on a project with just a 2-day notice. | |
