DESCRIPTION: GTCBIO is looking for talented individuals specializing in the design and production of technology conferences, with a focus on the biopharmaceutical and biomedical sectors. Currently we have two job openings, a Senior Meeting Manager and a Senior Meeting Producer. Responsibilities include researching, developing, and producing conference programs for company executives, and conducting onsite management of conferences. Duties include: Evaluating conference topics via online research, telephone interviews, and in-person meetings; designing conference programs and identifying speakers; producing brochures and marketing briefs for advertising and marketing; identifying potential sponsorship prospects, and overseeing onsite operations. | |
