DESCRIPTION: SICC was established in 1992 by the Shanghai Institute for International Studies (SIIS), a think-tank that presents monographs, analytical views, and policy-oriented proposals to departments and institutions within China's central government. We are contributed to the development of public utilities and the construction of urban infrastructure. SICC schedules, designs and manages various conference and events as well as provides training and marketing consulting services for government, companies, associations, non-governmental organizations etc, including China Healthcare & Hospital Summit, China Urban Rail Summit, China Water Summit and China Ports & Terminals Summit.
