We specialize in Histories and Physicals, Discharge Summaries, Consultation, Operative Reports, SOAP etc.
Summit Technologies can also retain the dictated audio files or the finished transcripts for future references upon the request of the client. It is secured in an encrypted database, which only the administrator together with the marketing manager and the client can access it.
