DESCRIPTION: J. Ryan Consulting is a premier provider of utility cost reduction services. Our customers include Prudential Realty, The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review and MRI. We audit past bills for refunds and take over management of utility bills on an ongoing basis, matching usage patterns to to the best available rate structures and service plans. We charge no up-front fees but take 40% of the cost savings we create through the life of the contract. Most deals keep paying for 3-5 years. That creates a tremendous opportunity to build an annuity stream for the company and our contract sales consultants. Our standard agreement is a 5% commission on name referrals we close, and 10% on sales they close themselves.
