Helmets to Hardhats is a DOD funded program designed to open a pipeline between military service and America's best building and construction industry jobs.
Our soldier¿s military skills are worth a lot in the nation's building and construction industries. Helmets to Hardhats works with top contractors and unions to give transitioning soldiers free assistance and access to the best opportunities in the business.
What does Helmets to Hardhats provide to former military personnel?
