DESCRIPTION: INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (¿IDC¿) is a privately held company that was organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 14, 1961. Over the years, the company through its sister companies (MEJORE, JOSOL and MCGK) has grown from a mere logging company into an integrated manufacturer of wood-based finished products such as wood and metal furniture, moldings, doors, cabinets, etc. It is the desire of the company to aid in the development for progress to assure the continuity of collaboration amongst the various stockholders in which it identifies itself. As a stakeholder (on the development opportunities in DICADI), it will serve as a catalyst that will prepare the area for development oriented enterprises and community programs. Its goal is to promote the sustainable development of DICADI to ensure the equilibrium of both environmental and economical needs of the community. | |
