DESCRIPTION: The Congressional Management Foundation (CMF) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) educational organization devoted to promoting a more effective Congress. CMF pursues this mission by providing targeted management services that help Members and their staff perform their jobs more effectively. These services come in the form of training programs, books and reports, consulting services, and technology outreach. The Foundation is an independent organization that works with both Democratic and Republican offices and takes no position on policy matters.
