DESCRIPTION: Enterprise is looking for energetic, entrepreneurial, out-going college graduates that are ready to start a fast-paced career in Business Management. You will receive PAID classroom training in every aspect of Business Management from Sales and Marketing, to Loss Control and HR. Your ability to make split second decisions and keep the customer completely satisfied will get you everywhere. Those that are successful can expect multiple promotions within their first year as promotions and compensations are based solely on performance, not seniority. * Base salary during the training (appox. 4-12 months) $34,200 plus bonuses * Full benefits includes medical (choice of HMO or PPO), dental, 401k, profit sharing, vacation and sick days as well as choice days beginning with the first full month of employment. | |
