DESCRIPTION: CME is a woman-owned small business serving government and commercial Advanced Instrumentation markets. Started in early 1997 as an independent small business by displaced defense workers, CME has approximately 50 employees and a 30,000 square foot facility. Dedicated to Engineering Development, Prototyping, Fabrication & Assembly. The focus of CME¿s Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing operations are three key areas: Orphan Product Lines, Commercial Contract Manufacturing as a supplier to the private sector and to Prime Contractors; and direct contracting to Federal Government agencies. Within the private sector, we provide manufacturing development and production of commercial instrumentation or systems, subassemblies, and components. On government-related contracts, we perform small to medium-scale research and development, rapid prototyping, manufacturing development, and production for Aerospace, Defense, Energy, Environmental, and Telecommunications customers. | |
