DESCRIPTION: Matrix was founded about three years ago and our three founders are, Mike Farmwald, co-founder of Rambus and FTL, inc. (merged with MIPS), Thomas Lee (ISSCC Best Paper Winner twice and tenured Professor at Stanford) and Mark Johnson (ISSCC Best Paper Winner twice and has been granted 12 U.S. Patents). We have 5 ISSCC Best Paper titles within our IC Design Team. We also have an employee that has won the ISSCC Best Paper Award as well. As you can see, we have great talent and that stretches throughout Matrix. Matrix has commercialized an innovative semiconductor technology that has only been theory previously.
